Pupils gathered in anticipation this morning, eager to find out their grades following their recent GCSE exams. King Edward VII Academy, in King’s Lynn, saw 57% of pupils in English and Maths achieve a Grade 4 or above, and 42% in English and Maths achieving a Grade 5 or above.
Principal, Darren Hollingsworth said:
“We are incredibly proud of our KES pupils and all they have achieved. The results reflect years of dedication and determination. They have embraced every opportunity and consistently strived to be their very best. Today is a chance to celebrate their success and recognise the hard work that has made these outcomes possible. As they embark on their next adventure, we wish every one of them happiness. We look forward to seeing the contributions they will make to their communities and wider society and have every confidence that they will continue to make KES proud in the years ahead.”
