Attended 2021 - 2022

I started KES Academy Sixth Form in early 2021 studying Cambridge Technicals in Sport and Physical Activity Level 3. I signed for Peterborough in November of that year, but continued to finish my studies until the end of the school year.

How do you feel that your time at KES Academy shaped you and your career? Were there any particular highlights you can recall from your time at KES Academy?

Obviously my time at KES Sixth Form played a massive part in my career, it allowed me to compete at a decent level of football, the U19’s national league, whilst continuing my studies just in case football didn’t work out. Fortunately. I can safely say it did.

What was the most important learning point you took with you from your time at KES Academy?

I discovered many important learning points whilst at KES. Having teachers like Rossy and Danny really helped shape me. not only into a footballer, but they helped shape me into being a good person, along with helping me pass my exams.

Did you always know that you wanted to have a career in as a Professional Footballer? In what ways were you supported at KES Academy to pursue this path?

Ever since I was a kid I’ve always wanted to be a professional footballer, one of my biggest strengths is that I will stop at nothing to ensure I reach that goal. KES helped me pursue that goal due to the platform they gave me allowing me to compete in the under 19’s national league every week, playing against top young sides!

What is your proudest moment in your career so far?

My proudest moment leading up until recent events would’ve been scoring my first professional goal for Peterborough on my first start for the club against Plymouth Argyle in the Carabao Cup. I’m afraid that’s all changed now, my proudest moment so far is helping Luton Town get promoted to the premier league by winning the championship play off final.

What are your hopes and aspirations for the future?

It’s difficult really, my hopes and aspirations are to have a successful pre-season standing me in good stead for the upcoming season and then hopefully being involved week in week out in the premier league and pushing and competing for a place in the squad.

What would your advice be to young adults looking to pursue a similar career path to yours?

I always say this when asked this sort of question, enjoy it! Work hard but above all else enjoy it! If you need to take a backwards step to start enjoying your football again, do so! You’ll never reach the levels your capable of if you don’t enjoy your football. Also, you are going to have set backs in your career, no one’s career is ever plain sailing to the top. Just take those setbacks in your stride, use them as fuel and never give up on your dream! Believe me when I say, anything is possible when you apply yourself.
